La fascinación de las cámaras Fujifilm
Sabes que he sido fan de esta marca durante años. Comencé con un Fuji Xe1 en 2013 y luego pasé al Fuji Xt1 y luego al Fuji Xt2. En marzo decidí comprar el último pequeño -por así decirlo- de la casa, el Fujifilm Xh1. Quiero decir, ¡no puedo dejarlo ir! No, no, no, no, . Porque creo que estas cámaras sin espejo realmente tienen algo que decir a pesar de ser, en cierto modo, incluso mejores. En la fotografía siempre hay que saber en profundidad y luego aquí estoy para tirar unas líneas que explican mi experiencia personal y verídica hecha de varias pruebas de campo destinadas a escribir este Test Fujifilm Xh1.
Fujifilm Xh1 y Fujifilm Xt2
¿Por qué Fuji trajo al mercado un producto sin espejo tan similar al anterior? Bueno, más allá de las estrategias de marketing relacionadas con la venta hay que decir que el Xh1 no reemplaza al Xt2, en absoluto. La Fujifilm Xh1 es una cámara más y, en particular, es una cámara sin espejo que atrae a los creadores de vídeo. También hay que decir que, con esta pantalla, se pierde un poco de ese diseño vintage hecho de casquillos en el caparazón al que Fuji siempre nos ha acostumbrado.
Archivos Xh1
Me encanta ser práctico y, por lo tanto, les muestro enseguida algunas fotografías tomadas con el Fujifilm Xh1. No creo que haya una forma mejor de juzgar la calidad de una cámara.
Óptica utilizada: Fujinon XF 35 mm F2 R WR. Sensibilidad ISO: 2000. Una foto en blanco y negro en mi habitación posando con luz natural. En realidad, retroiluminada, ruidosamente retroiluminada. Piense que detrás del sujeto hay una ventana de 1 metro por 2,5 metros. Un enfoque que no era exactamente rápido como el rayo, pero era de esperar, y en cualquier caso otras cámaras también habrían tenido problemas en condiciones tan extremas.
Adjunto un detalle de ruido digital. No hago muchos retoques en mis fotos y no he aplicado reducción de ruido aquí, así que puedes confiar en el archivo. Personalmente, nunca me he arrepentido del grano y, sobre todo, de un grano de este tipo -sobre todo si se produce a una sensibilidad relativamente alta-, pero es una lástima que Fuji no haya resuelto el hecho de que casi el mismo ruido ya se produce a 640 ISO, permaneciendo -debo decir- constante hasta 2000 ISO.
Óptica utilizada: Fujinon XF 23 mm F2 R WR. Sensibilidad ISO: 800. Aquí el “problema” es evidente. Reflexionando, es muy probable que el grano sea más visible que en otras cámaras que utilizo debido a los “sólo escasos“, es decir, 24,3 megapíxeles. Para ser más claros: una red de píxeles que -también debido a una ISO alta no es realmente eficiente- devuelve perturbaciones de este tipo.
Aquí está el detalle. Hasta la fecha he tomado unas 6000 fotografías con el Fujifilm Xh1 y seguiré probándolo durante un tiempo.
Óptica utilizada: Fujinon XF 35 mm F2 R WR. Sensibilidad ISO: 200. Color de fondo muy intenso. Me encanta la tez de esta imagen y los tonos de piel en general. Por otro lado, Fuji tiene una gran experiencia en términos de color tomada de películas y, mejor aún, de las hermosas diapositivas del siglo pasado. Todavía recuerdo mi felicidad cada vez que retiré la película de Fuji Velvia. Sin embargo, el archivo Fujifilm Xh1, con esta sensibilidad y con luces controladas, resulta extraordinariamente rico y satisfactorio.

Enfoque automático de Fujifilm Xh1
Excelente. Es todo lo que tengo que decir. Reactivo y preciso en modo simple. Funciona brillantemente, sí, brillantemente, incluso con poca luz. Lo hago. Piensa que – durante la sesión de retratos del modelo de abajo – filmé en paralelo con una Nikon D810. No hay ninguna historia. El Af de los latidos sin espejo con colores voladores como el del reflejo. Durante la mayor parte del tiempo de rodaje pensé: “no, no puedes ver un tubo aquí, no se enfoca”. Piensa que aquí no he trabajado con la luz piloto clásica sino, simplemente, gracias a una iluminación muy débil que proviene de la ventana de mi estudio fotográfico. Con poca luz todo está bajo control con el Fujifilm Xh1 y es difícil fallar el tiro.
Conclusión
Puedo decir que esta prueba de campo ha revelado una cámara sin espejo que ciertamente encuentra su lugar razonable entre los creadores de video y los fotógrafos. Es robusto, fiable y rápido. Por supuesto – de esta prueba de Fujifilm Xh1 – surge un archivo que ya a 640 / 800 ISO no es realmente emocionante en términos de calidad y, honestamente, estoy un poco decepcionado. En general, este ruido fotográfico tiende a estar siempre presente – ya que la sensibilidad especificada anteriormente – y a volverse muy molesto alrededor de 3200 ISO.
He expresado repetidamente un concepto fundamental de que no existe tal cosa como una cámara que -absolutamente- satisfaga todas las necesidades fotográficas.
